C.R. Peterson and Associates – brings more than 50 years of experience to Market Forge and combines highly trained sales staff, an executive chef and a state-of-the-art culinary lab. Territory coverage for all of New England.
Ettinger-Rosini & Associates, Inc. – has four locations to serve most of Texas and all of Oklahoma as well as multiple test kitchens for product demonstrations.
The Fischer Group – is centrally located in Orange County with satellite offices to easily handle the territory of southern California and southern Nevada. Their main location in Orange, CA features a 3,000+ sq. foot warehouse and the Bistro 1636 test kitchen.
Heartland Reps – aptly named, Heartland Reps covers America’s heartland (Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and southern Illinois) with office locations in Des Moines, Kansas City and St. Louis. In addition to their culinary education center in Kansas City, they have a fully functional Mobile Demo kitchen that criss-crosses their territory.
Jay Mark Group LTD – Jay Mark handles the Chicago area of NE Illinois and NW Indiana with a test kitchen at their Elk Grove, IL location.
Pecinka Ferri Associates, Inc. – covers the NYC metro area and northern New Jersey with two executive chefs on staff, an impressive test kitchen and years of manufacturers sales experience.
PMR – has been representing food service manufacturers for more than 40 years. PMR territory includes Alabama, Arkansas, NW Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee.
Schmid Dewland Associates – located in Gibbsboro, NJ and covering Delaware, southern New Jersey, and eastern Pennsylvania. They offer hands-on demonstrations in their NJ test kitchen.
Schulz Associates – with offices in Kirkland and Spokane, WA, Schulz covers Alaska, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington and northern Idaho for Market Forge.
Specialized Marketing of Wisconsin – covers eastern Wisconsin and hosts regular training events in the state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen.
