The Steam Shell Griddle, a]vailable in 24” and 36” sizes, features the most uniform cooking surface on the market today.  The inclusion of steam injecting lids over the griddle surface translates into a reduction in cooking time of up to 50%.  Additionally, more food can be cooked in less space than normal griddles – a three foot Steam Shell often replaces six foot models in the field.

Mated with a Market Forge Purr-fect Height High Efficiency Electric Convection Oven, the combination is unbeatable.  The oven features 12 gauge 300 series stainless steel construction, and the interior boasts coved corners and a waterproof design.  Standard features include five stainless steel shelves, a ¾” drain and interior light, and a temperature range of 200°- 475°F.

Market Forge Introduces UniVerse Plus Tilting Skillet

EVERETT, MA – Market Forge Industries, Inc. is proud to announce the introduction of the innovative and efficient UniVerse Plus Tilting Skillet. 

With a fully polished stainless steel cooking surface as standard equipment, food adherence is virtually eliminated, greatly improving cleanup times.  The power tilt operates smoothly, automatically turning off the burners at angles greater than 10°, and draining the pan at an angle of 70°.  The included manual override does not require the use of tools or drills, as with other manufacturers.

The tradition of bullet proof construction continues, as 10 gauge stainless steel and 5/8” stainless steel clad plates are standard in all models.  Gas or electric power is available with 93,000 BTU (12kW), and 126,000 BTU (18kW) available respectively for the 30 and 40-gallon models.  Controls are resistant to dripping and splashing water, and the temperature ranges from 100°-450° F.

Market Forge Introduces Purr-fect Height Electric Convection Oven

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

7/18/06 EVERETT, MA – Market Forge Industries, Inc. is proud to announce the introduction of the innovative Purr-fect Height Electric Convection Oven.

Adapted from a design for the U.S. Navy the oven is constructed of 12 gauge, type 300 series stainless steel.  French-type doors featuring waterproof gaskets open a full 95° and lock in place.  Removing product from the oven is no longer chore, as the 53.25” height ensures easy access for employees of all heights.  Versatility comes standard; there are nine shelf positions centered 1 ¾” (45mm) apart with five shelves shipped as standard equipment.

The oven’s interior features a temperature range of 200°-475°F, convector fan rated at ¼ HP with high or low speeds, a five hour timer, and high limit cut-off.  An interior light and ¾” drain are also included standard.  Upon closing the right door, the convector fan will turn on; the fan will turn off automatically when the door is opened.  For rapid cooling, the fan will continue to operate if the left door is opened and the right door remains shut.
